we absolutely loved our stay at Days Inn, we had a harbor view and watching the water planes land, ferry’s, boats christmas lights made our trip delightful. it was close to everything and we would stay here again. on another note, the motel is still small, older with few amenities. room was small but comfortable.
This is hotel is old but thats as negative as I can get! I stay at this hotel at least 50 nights a year and its always clean & accommodating with a million dollar view of the inner harbour! The standards set by Darryl the Hotel Manager are high and his team always go above & beyond! Highly recommend this hotel!
Great value for this view! We were given a harbour view room while travelling with our dog. The convenient restaurant downstairs made it easy to take our dinner up to our room and enjoy this view. Clean and comfortable bed.
Very conveniently located near the harbour, short walking distance to town ands stunning views from our room. Beautiful well kept rooms, comfortable beds and super friendly staff. Definitely recommended for your stay in and around Victoria.
Hotel is well situated on the harbour in easy walking distance to many eating, shopping and tourist opportunities, with an on site lounge and restaurant. The rooms are clean, adequately furnished with amenities. There is a seasonal outdoor pool, and a hot tub, which is still open. Staff were friendly and personable and the room we had on the back side was quiet! If you are planning a weekend escape from the mainland, you could likely foot on the ferry and transit to the Days Inn and get some steps in, weather permitting!!
Outstanding and efficient front desk staff member named Eshu who kindly let us check-in early and recognized a birthday in our party with some chocolate. Terrific view - easy walk to restaurants, whale watching and more. The room was spotless. Staff also very kindly accommodated my request for no harsh cleaning solutions for my asthma - so much appreciated. We highly recommend staying at the Days Inn on the Harbor!
Great location, awesome staff! Pet friendly, clean rooms, comfortable beds, complimentary coffee/tea in lobby (24 hours). Onsite restaurant and lounge. Excellent value!
The room was 23° with the heat turned off, in December. I'd advise opening the window open all the way right away and leaving it open the whole time if you like to sleep in a cool room. Likely the hottest hot tub I've ever been in. I'd advise taking the cover off and letting it cool off for at least 10 mins before getting in. And don't forget: this parking lot has the narrowest spaces in North America, so I'd advise having a small car. There's also a cat.
